Buyer’s Guide to replacing your 1988 thru 1992 Mazda RX7 convertible top

The second generation RX-7 kept the engine size under 1.5l in order to appeal to Japanese buyers, who pay an annual national road tax based on the engine size. Despite its smaller size, the RX-7 was able to deliver impressive performance.

We offer a Factory style Rear window assembly (must re-use existing glass window) & front section cover.

The rear window assembly is made with original style drain hoses & plastic reinforcement at bottom. You must reuse the original rear metal retainer.

• Top is sold as 2 pieces, front section to recover the Targa style top and rear window assembly as a complete outside cover.
• Original topping is the Pinpoint textured Vinyl. Other colors can be ordered, please inquire.
• Front section cover is made with rainguards as original.
• This Mazda RX7 Convertible Top product includes a Mazda RX7 installation guide. It will either be included with your product when shipped or it will be sent via email after your order has been shipped if requested.

The top is available in Black Haartz Pinpoint Vinyl or Black Haartz Stayfast Cloth.

Replacement Convertible Top Headliner

Made with original style fabric. You can re-use your existing headliner if it is in good shape.

The headliner is available in Charcoal Headliner Cloth or Very Dk. Blue Headliner Cloth.

Replacement Convertible Top Boot Cover

Boot cover comes with 12 American Tenax Fasteners, 4 Snaps & Installation Tool, Fasteners Not Installed.

The boot cover is available in Black Sierra Vinyl.
